Really, what can be said here?  There are food topics that inspire, and there are those that just make people get down.  So I’m gonna skip the recipe here because I’m having a pretty good morning so far and just wanna keep enjoying my coffee, but wanted to share these photos in any case.  I mean, sure I have my thoughts on it, and there are things I do and don’t do (deep fryer vs. cast iron) and things that I prefer to add or not (let’s not get into the spice rack here).

But what does this all mean?  Well, I think it means that we’re left with what we’re left with, endlessly delicious ways of fried chicken to be made and served, potatoes and beans, no sides at all, in sandwich form, drive thru buckets… it’s all good.
