Strawberry and Chia Smoothie Bowl

A Scoop of Frozen Yoghurt
Skimmed Milk (or Almond Milk)
1 Small Ripe Banana
Total - 169 calories

Toppings
A Palm full helping of Strawberries and Blueberries
1 Tablespoon Linseeds or Flax Seeds
1 Tablespoon Chia seeds
1 Tablespoon Oats
1 Tablespoon Wheatgerm


1. First blend Frozen Yoghurt, Milk and Banana until smooth.
2. Pour into bowl and get creative with your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
