Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Toss cauliflower in olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat. Spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes on middle oven rack, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
